Common questions.

Do invited users count as seats?: Yes. Invited and active seats both count. Same as Linear, Notion, Vercel, avoids the gaming pattern where firms keep dormant invitations to claim cheaper rates.
What happens if I add a seat mid-cycle?: Stripe creates a prorated charge on the next invoice. If you add a seat on day 15 of a 30-day cycle, you pay 15/30 × $150 = $75 added to next month's bill.
What if I remove a seat mid-cycle?: No refund mid-cycle, but the seat is removed at next renewal, you keep the seat for the rest of the period you've paid for.
Can I trial without a card?: Yes. The 14-day trial requires no payment method. On day 11 we email a reminder. Account pauses if no card is added; data preserved for 30 days.
What about implementation, training, support?: Email and chat support included. Video walkthroughs in the help center. White-glove migration is free for 25+ seat plans; otherwise we'll point you at the importer and answer questions.
Do you offer discounts for solo or small firms?: No solo discount, we'd rather price honestly than gate features behind tiers. If $150 is genuinely the wrong number for your firm, email and tell us; we listen.
